Our sister publication, Small Firm Business, under the leadership of Trevor Delaney, scored a silver TABPI award for its “Practice Perfect” column. And we will hear shortly whether SFB took gold, silver or bronze, in ASBPE’s national “best new publication” category.
On a sad note, I am sorry to report that James Keane, a vibrant member of our community, lost his battle with lung cancer on June 10. We always enjoyed Jim’s wit and passion, and he will be sorely missed. I did smile when I saw his Washington Post online obituary, which includes a virtual guest book. He would have gotten an absolute kick out of that!
