Today, just about any vendor who walks by a copying machine is calling itself an EDD service provider. Just look at the statistics that George Socha and Thomas Gelbmann have gathered: They estimate that 2003 EDD revenues in the U.S. were about $430 million — that’s a 60 percent increase from 2002. And they predict that these revenues will keep increasing by more than 50 percent for at least the next three years.
