That is fortunate for another reason: Our biggest challenge today is thwarting the evil that can so easily reach out and touch us, both the malicious variety (viruses and worms) and the obnoxious variety (spam).
What does the future hold? I predict Microsoft Corp. will have a tough time selling another desktop upgrade until they are able to convince us that they finally have a handle on the never-ending stream of LTN-Security issues.
