T&O, a “captive” insurance defense law firm working exclusively for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co., had worked closely with Fireman’s after the 1993 North Tower bombing to develop disaster recovery plans. The plans included the implementation of an electronic matter management system, “Legalworks.”
Legalworks proved to be a significant factor in the firm’s ability to be up and running again by Sept. 24.
