Florida’s DocuLex (www.doculex.com) has upgraded its software-as-a-service DocuLex WebSearch document management software, adding customized workflow capacities to help organizations automate business processes. Its new “decision engine” helps users organize project information, orchestrates flow to staff members, notifies them of action items, and tracks data revisions.

The browser-based software helps users with collaboration, e-mail archiving and compliance, knowledge management and records retention. It is driven by a dashboard display that features the menu. Users can share and amend native format documents, and its WorkSpace function helps users group sets of documents together to be shared with colleagues. A discussion feature allows users to comment on content, and SharePortal helps users securely share documents with third-party users. Documents can be uploaded directly to WebSearch.
