Arizona’s Informative Graphics (www.infograph.com) has launched Brava! Enterprise and Redact-It Enterprise for Microsoft SharePoint 2007. SharePoint users now can access Brava’s viewing and annotation capabilities, including the integrated “Term-hit Highlighting” that helps the Brava software pick up search terms used in SharePoint and apply them to viewed documents. Both editions facilitate secure conversion of files to PDFs, and support Microsoft Word, Corel’s WordPerfect, AutoCAD and other software.
Brava aids document collaboration, and users can annotate documents by drawing shapes and text boxes, yet preserve the original document. The software also can create watermarks and stamps, says the company.
