Oracle has chosen Exterro‘s Fusion electronic data discovery software to automate and manage its litigation processes. Oracle is using Fusion Genome to inventory its electronically stored information, mapped to its IT systems and human resources organizational data. Fusion Legal Hold helps manage its legal hold process; Discovery Workflow Management provides project and process management tools. North Carolina’s Litéra (www.litera.com) reports that three firms have licensed its Change-Pro Total Document Comparison software, which helps users with compound document comparison. It supports Microsoft’s Word, PowerPoint, and Access, and Corel’s WordPerfect. With an optional OCR engine it can be used to compare scanned files, as well as PDF files.
