Oregon’s Fios (www.fiosinc.com) has promoted Brad Gragert (left) to senior vice president of sales. He previously served as vice president of operations. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Portland. Gragert will focus on the company’s SaaS (software as a service) e-discovery technologies and other professional services. He leads a push by the company to expand its operation within the U.S., especially on the East Coast. Toward that goal, the company also hired three sales managers: Chris Anderson (Washington, D.C.), Matthew Crystal (New York), and Greg Smith (Chicago).
IConect Development reports that it has named Howard Silver as its chief technology officer. Silver now spearheads new product development. Prior to joining the company, Silver served as vice president of X1 Technologies and Zantaz. He received his bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and his master’s degree from the University of Washington. California’s iConect (www.iconect.com) provides litigation software.
