Merrill Lextranet 5.9, an e-discovery and case management system, received new functionality aimed at making document reviews faster and easier with advanced analytics and document translation. The new version also allows for a collaborative review of video assets and the preparation of video excerpts for trial or settlement presentations.
Lextranet 5.9 now includes e-mail threading found in other review platforms. Merrill’s threading feature automatically captures and codes complete e-mail threads. In addition, all versions and permutations of e-mails in a thread are identified and any subsequent edits or redactions can be applied to all versions.
