Pennsylvania’s Adaptive Solutions (www.adaptivesolutions.com) has hired Patti O’Hara as chief information officer. Her main responsibilities are to oversee help desk services, research and implement emerging technologies, and lead a records management program.

Prior to joining Adaptive Solutions, O’Hara was CIO with WolfBlock. She holds a bachelor’s degree in special education from Penn State University.
