A Southern California lawmaker is targeting jurors who Google, tweet, or Facebook the wrong information during trials. Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes, D-Sylmar, introduced legislation last week that would amend civil and criminal contempt statutes to allow punishment of jurors who electronically discuss confidential legal proceedings.
