Global Compliance, a provider of ethics and compliance tools, announced the launch of AlertLine Mobile, a case management workflow specifically designed for all web-connected mobile devices, including BlackBerry smartphones and iPhones. AlertLine Mobile is available worldwide and aims to alert case managers and investigators to critical issues reported on their phone or web hotlines — in real-time — from any place at any time, and will allow them take action on and monitor a case.
AlertLine Mobile is secure, on-demand software as a service. The web-based application integrates with Global Compliance’s hotline and case management tools. AlertLine was designed to compliment the functions that clients frequently use from their desktop, including the ability to view details of new cases, make case assignments, and respond to those who report allegations. AlertLine Mobile also supports entering investigative notes from the field without the use of a desktop or laptop computer.
