Current job: I founded Socha Consulting in 2003. That year, Tom Gelbmann and I started the Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey. In 2005, we launched the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (edrm.net). I consult with corporations, law firms, and service/software providers on electronic discovery issues. I am retained as an EDD expert witness and have been appointed as a special master and advisor to the court.
