Kansas-based Sprint ( www.sprint.com ) says its Overdrive 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot by Sierra Wireless can connect five wi-fi devices simultaneously — including laptops; cameras; and smartphones from other carriers. It provides connections to either Sprint’s 4G network or 3G Mobile Broadband Network.

The Hotspot also helps small mobile work groups, such as litigation teams, share fast internet access. It is ideal for collaborations at meetings, or in hotels or “war rooms,” the company explains.
