Attorney fees amounting to $850,000 in a multidistrict settlement that netted the plaintiffs zilch is not sitting well with the Center for Class Action Fairness.

The nonprofit law firm filed an appeal on Tuesday in the Bluetooth litigation, a multidistrict class action in which plaintiffs alleged that makers of the headsets failed to adequately warn millions of consumers about potential hearing loss from extended use at high volume.
