In light of complaints, San Francisco Superior Court is postponing a plan to make electronic filing mandatory in complex civil litigation and single-assignment cases by July.
Presiding Judge James McBride on Tuesday announced the court would take more time to consider the public comments on the plan, and that it would evaluate more than one vendor’s bid for the contract.
