Google “Ann Marie Gordon,” and up pops a Seattle newspaper article from 2007 about her resignation from the Washington state toxicology lab amid allegations that she fraudulently certified breath tests.

It’s a piece of information defense attorneys in San Francisco are saying they should have known as soon as Gordon started certifying blood test results for San Francisco and testifying as a prosecution witness two years ago.
