Thomson Reuters Legal (www.thomsonreuters.com) has named two new presidents: Mark Schiff heads Hubbard One, and Ian Dinwiddie will lead the recently-merged Hildebrandt Baker Robbins consultancy. Dinwiddie will assume his role next month, he currently serves as finance and business services director of Allen & Overy. Schiff previously worked for Wolters Kluwer.

Andrew Adkins III, who for 13 years has been the director of the Legal Technology Institute (part of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law), has decided to return to private practice.
