Bill Ojile, the chief legal officer of Westwood College wasn’t happy when his school was sued by a plaintiffs firm for allegedly deceptive marketing practices. But what really got him steamed was the way the firm used online services like Facebook to spread the accusations against Westwood.

“Where these guys have crossed the line is that they’ve used social media and mainstream media to go where no ethical lawyer would go,” Ojile says.
