Over the past 13 years, the Law Technology News Vendor Awards have seen many iterations. What started as a passive report of each year’s reader requests for more information via the “bingo” postcards, transitioned to an active paper ballot. Then it evolved into a rich analysis of data on product usage and satisfaction across 25 key technology categories, generated by a web-based survey.
As part of the awards’ evolution, each year we’ve tweaked and modified our approach — not simply because we could, but rather because we keep learning from you — the buyers and sellers of technology — what you want to glean from this contest.
