Case management software provider Client Profiles has acquired New York-based Saga, the developers of the Saga Practice Manager application, a plaintiff-geared product that includes applications for document assembly, legal forms, jurisdictional rules, and workflow management.
With the addition of Saga, Atlanta-based Client Profiles adds 430 New York-area practices to its global practice management client list. Client Profiles’ CEO, Whit McIsaac, said the 45-year-old company has 1,100 plaintiff firms as clients. He referred to Saga Practice Manager as a “natural extension of Profiles Legal Suite,” Client Profiles’ own practice management platform that offers functions for calendaring and management of documents, contacts, and financial information.
