Los Angeles-based Integreon, a provider of research, legal, and business applications, has appointed Richard Susskind to its client advisory board as independent chairman. The company calls him “a renowned independent advisor to major professional firms and national governments. He brings more than 30 years of experience in legal technology and professional services to Integreon’s advisory board.”

The client advisory board has been created to provide clients with the chance to share ideas about trends in legal services, determine future needs for Integreon’s services, and to evaluate collaboration opportunities. Legal Week interviewed Integreon’s president of global sales, John Croft, about the logic behind the board creation and he said that “a lot of our clients are still thinking through how legal process outsourcing (LPO) can be best applied within their law firm or corporate law department today and what the ‘next generation of LPO’ looks like.”
