Orlando, Fla.-based Wave Software, makers of Trident Pro software that provides electronic data discovery processing and early review, recently acquired iFramework from Intelligent Discovery Solutions, headquartered in Arlington, Va. The iFramework code is designed to share, track, and organize project details for litigation support teams. It is currently used by Am Law 100 firms to manage workflow, tasks, calendars, evidence, vendors, and invoices.

With the merger of iFramework and Trident Pro software, customers will be able to review close-to-near-time metrics on e-discovery processing tasks. Wave hopes that managers will better control projects and meet deadlines because the metrics of their projects processed in Trident Pro will be easily accessible and continually updated within the application. In addition, managers will have immediate access to project data down to the custodian level, including processing status, volume, and speed, as well as the ability to track and manage tasks running on multiple instances of Trident Pro — all from a central location.
