Catalyst Repository Systems, a developer of cloud-based e-discovery technology, has announced that it has been awarded a long-term U.S. government contract to provide e-discovery services to a range of federal agencies.

The Denver-based company was approved by the U.S. General Services Administration as an “indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Multiple-Award Schedules contractor,” a designation that permits Catalyst to deal directly with agencies that require services in either litigation support or document conversion. The initial contract term is five years, with three additional five-year renewals possible.
