A revamped forms library is now available from the American Law Institute-American Bar Association, to be a followed by lower-cost access to the knowledge center this fall, association officials announced on May 26.

Until recently, the ALI-ABA’s 2,000 forms were uncategorized. Now they’re divided into 29 transaction categories, along with a category for intellectual property issues spanning social networking to software licensing, ALI-ABA Director of Electronic and Print Publications Mark Carroll said.
