Accounting giant Ernst & Young has acquired the e-discovery division of Cataphora, officials announced Tuesday afternoon.

With the acquisition, the London-based Big Four accounting firm’s e-discovery group (known as Ernst & Young Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services) will be better equipped to analyze large amounts of customer data by using Cataphora Legal’s linguistic, statistical, and visualization services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
