A new company, the American College of ESI E-Neutrals, based in Birmingham, Ala., plans to train and match e-discovery mediators and their clients.

The idea is a brainchild of e-mediation experts Allison Skinner, of Sirote & Permutt, in Birmingham, and Peter Vogel, of Gardere, Wynne Sewell, in Dallas. Their first product is an online directory of mediators, who pay to be included, and which is available cost-free to search.
