ZL Technologies, a provider of e-discovery, records management, and archiving software for law firms, has taken the company’s on-premise Unified Archive software and, together with Sunguard Availability Services, made it available from the cloud in a software-as-a-service model.
Unified Archive software is an integrated suite of applications that aims to accomplish e-discovery and compliance tasks as well as records management and storage optimization. With UA, corporate legal teams and law firms can manage their case loads, send and track litigation hold notices, preserve and collect potentially relevant documents, search through the entire corpus of ESI and filter out irrelevant documents, and review and redact responsive documents for production — all from one technology platform on premise or all as a service in the cloud.
