For companies and lawyers, there is no shortage of alternative dispute resolution resources available today: the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution, to name only a few. But now another ADR organization has entered the fold.

On the surface, the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals might seem like just another ADR directory, but it sets itself apart in a number of ways. First, it charges no subscription, referral, or administrative fees. Its members are never subject to any exclusivity agreements, and in many instances, they post their schedules online at the NADN website, making it easier for clients to reach out to arbitrators and mediators for potential cases.
