It’s Zynga Game Network’s turn to heat up the stock charts.
As expected, attorneys from Cooley in Palo Alto, Calif., and San Francisco are helping the online gaming company go public in one of the most highly anticipated technology offerings this year. Zynga filed papers July 1, saying it expects to raise $1 billion in the offering, although the final amount raised could be higher.
