Attorneys from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented web hosting company Go Daddy Group in its acquisition by an investment group that includes Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, Silver Lake Partners, and Technology Crossover Ventures.

Financial terms of the deal were not officially disclosed, but the investors are reportedly paying about $2.25 billion for the biggest domain name registrar in the world.
