Dennis McCafferty’s latest survey report in CIO Insight shows that lawyers aren’t the only workers hounding IT for more support. Unisys and IDC polled about 2,660 workers and 560-plus IT managers (at firms with more than 500 employees) and found a big disconnect between the two groups.
