Content lifecycle specialist Litera Friday announced its acquisition of startup CitationWare for an undisclosed amount.
CitationWare, formed in 2007, makes enterprise-scale software for building tables of authorities in legal briefs. Litera CEO Deepak Massand said his customers have been requesting that feature.
