What is the emerging role of law technology outside of the law and technology industries?
My colleague Monica Bay is always saying that the collision of compliance and IT “will soon make e-discovery look like child’s play,” and I agree. It’s why I am attending the ARMA (Association of Records Managers and Administrators) conference in Washington, D.C., next month. It will be a prime opportunity to learn how compliance workers view legal technology products and services, and to ask about which paths they’d like to see our industry travel.
