The research service arms of LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters each released new software Monday, aimed at making searches as simple as possible for lawyers.
Lexis made its next-generation Advance service generally available for large firms, while Thomson updated the Apple iPad version of its similar WestlawNext service, officials from those companies said.
