Pasadena, Calif.-based Guidance Software begins the new year with a new vice president and deputy general counsel, Daniel Lim, and a new vice president of marketing, Alex Andrianopoulos, the e-discovery and computer forensics provider announced Friday.

As deputy GC and VP, Lim will preside over Guidance’s AGC team, a consultant to government and corporate clients on digital investigations, privacy, and e-discovery, according to a press release. The team also provides regular feedback on legal, marketing, and product issues as they relate to Guidance software and services. Lim publishes and speaks on security, privacy, and e-discovery, and posts on the company blog, Guidance on eDiscovery.
