Atlanta-based Intelliteach, a provider of legal help desk outsourcing services, has been selected by Atlanta firm Arnall Golden Gregory to provide full-time ‘level 1′ service desk support to its users. The 150-attorney firm previously employed Intelliteach to handle service desk overflow issues, but the terms of its new ‘level 1′ user support agreement will see Intelliteach take on additional responsibility for after-hours support and overflow issues relating to the firm’s future application upgrades.
