IntApp, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based provider of legal application integration software, has announced the hiring of Gary K. Foreman as its Managing Director of Corporate Legal. Foreman joins the company from Mitratech, where he served as sales director. Before that, he served as National Accounts Manager for Bridgeway Software.
Odette Ommem has also joined IntApp as senior field consultant. She was previously a consultant with It Matters Consulting, and has advised foreign and domestic law firms on “policy formation, process creation and change management aspects of large-scale information risk management, and compliance initiatives.” Ommen formerly practiced as a litigation attorney with U.K law firm Davies Arnold Cooper
