Intelliteach, which specializes in outsourced IT help desks for large law firms, was acquired this week by CMS Management Solutions, which outsources accounting services.
The deal is logical because both companies wanted to expand, and because both are approximately the same size with about 150 employees, said Michael Ferdman, vice president of marketing and technology at CMS.
