Mountain View, Calif.-based e-discovery services provider Advanced Discovery has hired Nico Nunez as its new Executive Vice President of Forensic Services. Nunez will take responsibility for building Advanced Discovery’s in-house forensics department, including its investigative and cybersecurity incident response services.
Nunez previously served as director of professional services at Guidance Software, and has dealt with e-discovery and cybersecurity issues in large-scale matters including bankruptcy, intellectual property, employment class action, and other litigation investigations.
