Consultant Albert Barsocchini, formerly senior director and assistant general counsel at e-discovery vendor Guidance Software, will join Minneapolis-based NightOwl Document Management Services on April 16 as its director of strategic consulting services.
Barsocchini, a member of LTN‘s editorial advisory board and co-author of LTN‘s EDD Update blog, will oversee the launch of NightOwl’s professional consulting group. In that capacity, he will help the company’s corporate clients with information governance and “best practices” in the management of electronic data discovery, he said.
