D4, a provider of litigation and e-discovery software and services, has announced the hiring of John Rubens as the company’s new chief operating officer. As COO, Rubens will oversee the development and implementation of D4′s products and services among its client base, and will be based out of the company’s Rochester, N.Y., headquarters.
