Atlanta-based litigation support provider TrustPoint International will be merging with Atlanta-based contract attorney review firm Excelerate Discovery with a mission to provide clients with full-service, end-to-end e-discovery. TrustPoint also announced Wednesday its partnership with Atlanta’s OrcaTec as a value-added reseller of its Document Decisioning Suite, which includes a predictive coding tool called OrcaPredict.

TrustPoint CEO Mark Hawn started up Excelerate in 2009 with Christopher Jensen, former national sales manager for Hudson Legal, with Hawn serving as primary shareholder and chairman and Jensen as president. As the former CEO of Onsite3, which was sold in 2006, Hawn had a noncompete with the e-discovery provider so Excelerate began as a contract attorney staffing business. (Onsite3 has since been acquired by Integreon in 2009). “Business [at Excelerate] has grown rapidly over the last three years,” Hawn said, “with a growth rate at over 100 percent a year.”
