RPost, the manufacturer of Registered Email that provides proof of email delivery, announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office validated its U.S. Patent No. 6,182,219, which was reviewed by the USPTO in an ex parte re-examination.

The ’219 patent, issued on January 30, 2001, forms the basis of RPost’s Registered Email service and the foundation for its patent infringement suit against Trustifi in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
