Wolters Kluwer is restructuring the management of its compliance and professional services division for law firms and corporate counsel, the company announced Friday.

John Weber, who was vice president and general manager of Wolters’ Tymetrix billing and matter management division for almost nine years, is now executive vice president and general manager of compliance and governance. His focus is on large firms and corporations.
