Livia Legal, which in 2010 and 2011 marketed a web-based practice management service for solos and small firms, appears to be out of business.

The company, based in Incline Village, Nev., positioned itself against other “cloud” vendors, including Rocket Matter, Clio, MyCase, and HoudiniESQ.
