RPost Holdings Inc., the manufacturer of Registered Email that provides proof of email delivery, lost its patent infringement action against Trustifi Corp. (.pdf) in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (RPost v. Trustifi, 10-1416), but emerged a winner, of sorts, by a slice of time.
