LexisNexis on Monday filled a hole in its litigation software catalog by acquiring trial presentation partner Sanction Solutions for an undisclosed amount.
Sanction’s eponymous software, currently in version 3.1, gives legal professionals a trial management and evidence presentation tool with an interface resembling Microsoft Office. Lexis picked Sanction because its software is already partially integrated with trial software from CaseSoft, which Lexis acquired in 2006.
