A startup, SignaturePages.com, aims to help law firms save their clients money — and save junior associates’ sanity — by automating the signature page creation process for legal documents.

The company, which began offering its online service in May, was formed by Edwin Hermawan and Andrew Knepley. Both are young attorneys who were laid off from their firms — Hermawan from Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel, and Knepley from now-defunct Thacher Proffitt & Wood.
