Document Technologies, Inc., an Atlanta-based e-discovery services and facilities management provider, announced Wednesday its acquisition of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based computer forensic and e-discovery consulting firm Data Forté. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. With the acquisition, DTI adds Data Forté’s computer forensic services, which include investigative analysis, drive imaging, data collections, and expert witness testimony.

Data Forté’s forensic work will be used at DTI “as an entry point for downstream discovery work including ESI process, technology assisted review, hosting services, and managed document reviews,” says Keith Conley, executive vice president at DTI.
